Dr. Rupi Brar is an addiction and family medicine physician with the Portland Hotel Community Services Society in Vancouver’s Downtown East Side. She also works clinically at St. Paul’s Addiction Medicine Consult Service and is the Medical Director for Vancouver Coastal Health’s regional addiction program. Dr. Brar has completed a research fellowship at the BC Centre on Substance Use in Vancouver, Canada and is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the UBC Department of Family Practice.
