About the Speaker: Dr. Kim Encel is a consultant with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) focusing on youth-based sport programs. He’s also a lecturer at Monash University, teaching the Global Studies undergraduate degree. When Kim’s not working, he’s playing tennis, pottering in the garden, or browsing Twitter.
