Dr. David Gardner, Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, College of Pharmacy at Dalhousie University and co-leader of Sleepwell – a research and knowledge mobilization program that aims to help people with insomnia get their sleep back without medications and to help people stop taking sleeping pills safely and effectively.
